Attention All Assassin 1-1 Rangers
New loadout requirements have been sent out for every assigned role from Platoon Leader, all the way down to the Rifleman. Please click on the link below and find your assigned role. Read very carefully about what needs to be added to you loadouts and what needs to be taken off.

To all Assassin 1-1 Rangers
In the week prier to OP day next Saturday (27-02-2021) I'll be conducting a load out equipment checks. This is to make sure everyone has the correct equipment on their load outs where they have been assigned. Your all required to have 3 load outs.
1 - One Day(Patrol/Heavy) Load Out
2 - One Night(Raid/Light) Load Out
3 - One Relaxed(On Base) Load Out
I ask everyone from Assassin 1-1 to be able to join me on 22nd MON 2021 between 1800 - 2200 EST to make sure everyone has the correct equipment. Please come to me or any other 1-1 NCO's for help on their 3 load outs. Ill be available all week prior to OP Day between 1800 - 2100 EST. Please note that if anyone is caught/has equipment they are not permitted to have, Consequences have been put in place for those who brake the rules.

STARTS: @2000 EST (8pm)
TRAINING TYPE: Basic Drills & Small Raid
DETAILS: We will be recovering Basic Training to help build teamwork skills so we work more efficiently as a squad for future Operations. To finish off, we will be doing a sort raid to use what we have learnt as a squad.
We will also be recapping on anything you would like us to help you with on that day as well.

Subjects: Communication's, Formations, Ambush Tactics, Team Building Exercises, CQC Training and Assigned Role Training.

Report: We first went over communication's and Team Building Exercises such as CQC. This was so I could help build up their communication skills when moving as a team and working together so they could reach their target/complete their objectives. This was done doing CQC Training. Once we did a walkthrough, we completed the course more then once to enhance their skill set. After that, we conducted a small ambush. I Showed them how to set up ambushes, looking for key points, using the terrain to their advantage, when to set an ambush and so on. This small exercise helped build their skill set in communications, formations, getting use to their assigned roles and working as a team.
