Why do you want to join the 3rd Ranger Battalion Realism Unit?I am looking for a US Unit that understands the importance of doing simple things the right way and has a solid structure and foundation. I have spent a lot of time with Dak in USSOCOM and we do share the same POV in many arma-related stuff so when he did reccomend the 3-75 i was really excited to be a part of the team. In addition to my ARMA experience i can bring my real life experience and knowledge in personnel management and (corporate) leadership to assist in recruitment as well was hands-on in game events.
